App-V: Office 2010 w/Lync Step By Step.
This isn't the most rudimentary of guides, as you will need to have some idea what things mean (like that set LOCAL_INTERACTION_ALLOWED means to change it to true in the OSD tab for every application).
But this is about as streamlined as I can get it, without making any un-needed changes to the sequence.
